Sunil Babar

HELLO! Meet Sunil Ganpat Babar. He is 19 years old. A lively, happy member of Aniket Seva Bhavi Sanstha, Sunil came here from Shirur in the year 2011. He was brought here by his uncle. He is a MILD case of Mental Disorder. His father was an alcoholic and mother a daily wage worker in the fields nearby. He was a complete OUTCAST in his village because of his DISORDER and for being a SLOW LEARNER. Even his school back in the village refused to continue his admission. He came to Aniket in his early teenage, clueless and scared and since then, has never gone back home to his village.

When he came here, he was shy and a complete introvert. Gradually he started opening up to his fellow mates, the staff at Aniket and to Kalpana tai. Soon they realised he is excellent at SPORT. He loves to play BADMINTON and CRICKET and shown phenomenal flair for both the games. He also is the person behind making lovely GREETING CARDS for all the visitors of Aniket. His first love though, is DANCE and his biggest achievement so far is his selection at DANCE INDIA DANCE- a national level competition by Zee TV.

Now that he is all matured, he wants to start his OWN BUSINESS. He wishes to set up his own little RESTAURANT. If you wish to see Sunil Ganpat Babar stand on his own feet, please don’t hesitate to help him in whatever way you can. He isn’t looking for just monetary help, but help in terms of MENTORING and PARTNERSHIP to make his dream come true. He not only wishes to support himself, but also his friends at Aniket.
