The extremely modest Akhilesh struggles to write his own name and even talk normally for someone to understand despite all his efforts. Hailing from Uttar Pradesh, Akhilesh is a case of mild intellectual disability and is prone to bouts of hyperactivity. But there’s a heartwarming fun side to him; he loves dancing to Zingat, a popular Marathi song and does a great job at that.

Despite having parents, Akhilesh, unfortunately, is never taken home or even visited at the centre. He has adjusted well to his surroundings here and justifiably has no inclination to go home either.
